Teaching using a timeline

By request I am adding this video to the blog. I have used it for several years to teach how things change over time, and how to read a timeline. I thought this would be a good time of the year to introduce it because the timeline starts around the time of Sarah Plain and Tall. I explained to the students that this shows how cars have developed and evolved since the time the book is set in.
